Month in Review: November
I decided to do a pictorial Month in Review of November in lieu of an end-of-month Week in Review as there really has been just so little going on of interest. At first I was just going to do a “What I Wore This Month” wrap-up, but I know there were some pretty fall foliage pictures so I decided to mix those in with outfits.
For better or worse, here was my November. In outfits and foliage. Sounds like a blog name: Outfits & Foliage: One Woman’s Story of Dressing in the Fall.
Here’s my caveat: I am not a Photoshop master. I muddle my way through, trying to learn from online tutorials, but you are rarely lucky enough to be comparing apples to apples. Usually I’m comparing apples to elephants. So I’ve mastered the GIF in somewhat limited application…but this one had so many different images, all at slightly different sizes, so it cropped some on its own…AND when I watch this in preview, the colors are all…super grainy distorted?? Not sure why or how to fix, but you’ll get the gist of it all.
What I Wore:
- Lots of stuff

What I Wore: Lots of Stuff – ROFLOL!!!! Perfect summary. Can you slow down the slideshow? It went too fast. Just as I was focusing on one picture it flashed to the next. Is there a setting for “Over 50 Eyesight”? Were you in the hospital at some point? I love the slideshow with the fall foliage. And were you toasting yourself with mimosas?

I was trying to not take up too much of everyone’s time showing outfits that had all been shown during the month.
I went to the emergency room a couple weeks ago with bad kidney stone pain. Stones are still with me, but no longer causing pain. For now.
Ha ha, the mimosas. I already HAD a mimosa. Waitress had brought mimosa to a patron at another table who changed their mind about it, and walking past me to return it to the bar, she said “would you like a second?” so I said sure. Didn’t go on bill. So my first mimosa was toasting my SECOND mimosa. And 12 hours later I was in the emergency room, ha. Unrelated.
MIMOSAS DO NOT CAUSE KIDNEY STONES.

Glad you enjoyed it…and that it looks okay to you. It looked fine on my computer in draft form, but in review (and now, live) I look diseased.

Your month in review slideshow is fabulous, I have lots of ideas for outfits when my favourite season autumn is here again.

PS…my fave is that print dress with the leopard cardigan. Gorgeous, gorgeous, and more gorgeous.

Thanks, Jodie!
Yeah, I really like the floral dress with the leopard cardi, too…I’m just not in love with the floral dress 🙁 It’s funny I love pattern mixing, but I don’t have much pattern in my wardrobe, so there’s not much to mix! I have more “pattern” in the summer, but I layer less then, so…IT’S A CONUNDRUM.

It’s going so fast! Lol. But I enjoyed it!

What a fun slideshow- your fall aesthetic was totally on point, Bettye!
