I arrived in Florida on April 2 and it’s been a very quiet month, mostly at home. Interrupted only by doctor appointments and a few outings.

There were the most magnificent clouds as we approached Tampa

Due to bad weather when we landed, my luggage didn’t come off the plane til much later and I had to go back to the airport the next day…and there she was, waiting for me. Phew.

The grandkids are so excited I’m here.

BTS actually had three concert shows in Tampa…WHILE I WAS IN TAMPA. But I’d been unable to get tickets. I did get to see a concert movie from one of their shows in Korea.

Went to a nearby winery/pizza truck place for dinner….

…and watched a movie in her backyard after,

She had a friend and her mother over one evening.

While she works from home in the living room, I mostly “work from home” in “my room,” aka The Dogs’ Room.

We had a nice beach day. It’s been YEARS since I’ve had a beach day. It was such a nice day.

I was very nervous before my eye procedure to remove the silicone oil after my vitrectomies in 2025.

Back in bandages.

Went for a sunset walk with the dogs at a nearby beach.
