Week in Review: Week 160
Sheesh, I felt like we were in the 150s forever!
This was a lean week as far as having anything to show for it. I worked, blogged, ebayed…went to birthday dinner one night with friends, did a photo shoot. Period.
I’m still looking for the missing pieces for my Ikea bookcases -haven’t had a chance to get to the Ikea store yet.
Still loving this gentle-toned spring outfit. Not so much all the mess behind me.
I did a little exploring one day, looking for more nearby shooting locations. When I found one, I discovered my camera battery was dead. Blurgh. I still got to enjoy a little peaceful water time.
It’s sort of dreary and sad when you look at it as a whole, but it has several good smaller spots.
Janey wanted to say hello.
We had our big dinner gala fundraiser – it’s our biggest event of the year, lots of prep, lots of work…for weeks beforehand and on the day of the event. It’s for a good cause, but it’s always nice when it’s behind us. Here are Sweaty Bettye and some of the wonderful ladies I work with.
I was a little crippled this morning, but I had some errands to run. I really just wanted to stay home with Janey, watching movies and napping (cuz yeah, THAT’S what life is ever like these days!).
And now it is 7:30pm Sunday, not even dark out yet, and I’m about to get into bed for the night. I’m done for the week.
Here’s hoping to a peaceful week ahead for everybody.

I hear you – I’m usually so tired by the time 7-7:30 rolls around I’m crawling in bed. Stayed up MUCH later on the recent trip, but still woke early so….
Love the Janey pic.

Yeah, I’d go to bed that early every night but I’d never get anything done!

Love the Eiffel tower collection and what you were to the Gala. Very elegant!

Thanks, Carol. Now I found my figurines and can’t find my Eiffel Tower pictures! I never seem to get it all together!

We are early to bed people too, although it’s been getting later lately!! Of course, it doesn’t hurt that we don’t usually have to set an alarm in the morning. But heck, you’re still unpacking. And that’s crazy stress!!
XOXO

Am I though? Unpacking? Ha. It doesn’t seem like it. I’m opening just as much each week as I have time to list on eBay. I have no sense of boxes disappearing yet.

My policy is- never apologize for napping! “How beautiful it is to do nothing, and then rest afterward. ” — a Spanish priverb, and variously attributed.
Beautiful gala outfit — and dear Janey…
What am I missing — “seemed like we were in the 150’s forever?”

Weeks in Review. 150, 151, seemed like the 150s took forever! And I LOVE that quote!
