Plus Size Outfit of the Day ~ 3.14.22
After the week away, I’m struggling with re-entry into LIFE. But I managed to get showered and dressed this morning and to work on time (more or less).
I don’t think I’ve worn this plaid button-down with this grey cardigan before…and I really like them together. I’d been waiting to wear them til a pair of taupey-beige jeans magically appeared in my closet. But I’m running out of cold weather so just went ahead and wore them with the medium wash jeans. And don’t hate it.
After several weeks of “forgetting” I made myself jump the (damn) rope this afternoon. Not my best effort…but not my worst. Keep it up, Bettye!
Now I have to go make taco meat for this week’s breakfasts.

Yeah, I cook up a couple pounds on the weekend, portion it out into 5 containers, shred cheese and chop tomatoes as mix-ins, and take it all to work so I already have breakfast there for the whole week. One week is taco meat, another, roasted chicken thighs marinated in soy sauce, steak tidbits, or hamburger patties. Those are the 4 breakfasts I rotate through each week so I can start my day with a meat protein. This is what works best for keeping me from getting dizzy, light-headed, etc.
