It was vacation week for me…not that I think outfits were all that different from work-from-home outfits these days, but…

SATURDAY

Cold-day errand-running outfit. And by errand-running I mean getting myself deli breakfast and then coming home to eat and watch Asian tv.

Wearing my ohgoshitmustbelikenineyearsoldbynow handkerchief hem turtleneck cuz easy+cozy…and this horsey coat cuz easy+cozy.

There’s definitely a theme.

Turtleneck: Ave&Viv/Target jersey turtleneck, 3x. Comparable.
Tee (that you can’t see under the turtleneck): H&M jersey t-shirt, 3x
Jeans: Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda, black wash, 20 short
Sneakers: Converse Shoreline slip-ons
Jacket: Field Flower/Anthropologie, 2x

SUNDAY

My half-hearted (<- see what I did there) attempt at Valentine’s Day dressing.

Valentine’s Day. Hearts. Half-hearted. You got it, right??

Tee: Old Navy. I feel like I got this as like a $2 add-on when I bought a bunch of other stuff one time. It’s been in the drawer for like two years and this is probably the first or second time I’ve worn it. OH, I know what it was. I was like $2 of free shipping, so I added this tee to my cart for $2 rather than pay $7 shipping. Not a favorite (obvi) but it stays in the drawer for emergencies such as this.
Jeans: Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda, Callisto wash, 20 short
Sneakers: Converse Shoreline slip-ons
Cardigan: Old Navy, 2x

MONDAY

Home all day. Straightened up around the apartment a bit and knew it was a jump-rope day so just dressed in leggings for the day.

Olive Tee: The Online Retailer That Shall Remain Nameless. And yet I KEPT this purchase lo many years ago. Because I DID keep things.
Grey Long-sleeved tee: Avenue, 3x
Leggings: Old Navy High-Waisted Elevate Powersoft Plus Size 7/8 Length with pockets Leggings, 3x
Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda, Callisto wash, 20 short

TUESDAY

Ooooohhhhh I don’t know about this color. Ha. I do like it with my hair, ha.

So Bright Blue Pullover: Treasure & Bond/Nordstrom, 3x. It comes in a couple other colors and is very comfy and easy to wear.
White Button-down: Loft, 3x
Jeans: Charlotte Russe Refuge skinny jeans, black, 22 short
Shoes: Aerosoles Betunia flats, black

WEDNESDAY

Woohoo! Look how happy Out in the World Bettye is! How cringey that I’m speaking about myself in the third person!

Was a low 30s day but sunny…and we spent the day walking in the city. If I’m walking, even if it’s a very cold day, I can’t dress too warmly cuz I overheat.

Turtleneck: Loft poncho, size 3x. Comparable.
Long Silk Underwear (that you can’t see under the turtleneck): Lands End, 3x
Jeans: Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda, Crystal White, 20 short
Sneakers: Converse Shoreline slip-ons
Coat: Old Old Navy recycled wool. collarless, 2x

THURSDAY

Snow Day! I got dressed just to make one quick pass with the shovel before it got too deep.

I do, indeed, live in a Winter Wonderland.

Turtleneck: Knit Fit Woman/Kohl’s cashmere, 3x. Old. Comparable.
Polka Dot Tee Shirt (that you can’t see under the turtleneck): H&M, 3x
Jeans: Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda, Scottsdale wash, 20 short
Sneakers: Those old Adidas are still kicking around for occasions like this
Super Long Scarf: The Online Retailer That Shall Remain Nameless. Oh wow, look. Another thing I kept.

FRIDAY

Nightgown Day! Not sharing! A girl’s gotta have some secrets!
