ANYWHO…today in a meeting with my supervisor and a colleague, all of a sudden S stops and goes, “Bettye!” (I was like ruh-roh) “I just noticed there’s a line in your plaid shirt that almost exactly matches the color of the shirt underneath!” I was like YES. PATTERN MIXING IS MY LIFE. Ha. She said she never would have thought to mix a polka dot with a plaid, but now seeing them together, with the common color tying them together…IT WORKED.

It gave me a little joy to have someone whose life does NOT revolve around color and pattern mixing, notice mine.
