Plus Size Outfit of the Day ~ April 25, 2022
Look! I was actually productive over my vacation and put all that photography equipment away! It’s so nice to have my whole living room back and not have to go through an obstacle course just to turn on the tv and twinkle lights.
Wish I could also say I’ve done the laundry and all my clothes are back, but. No. I’m working on a skeleton closet. This combo is not my favorite (it’s that darn yellow plaid top!) but…it’s not the worst and beggars can’t be choosers.
Someone told me about an injection (cortizone?) maybe I could get to relieve my wrist pain. Let’s see how long it takes me to make THAT appointment.

YES to cortisone injections! I have osteoarthritis and have been getting the shots for my trigger thumbs the past few years. My thumbs lock up in a bent position and are painful to unlock. ( I blame this on years of filing.) Makes using my hands difficult. Sometimes the one shot is very effective and can last me up to a year. Have had them in my knee too.
Give it a try.

Ooh, thumb pain sounds definitely not fun.
I’m not sure it’s cortisone, that’s just my guess. I got cortisone shots in my heel (ouch) when my feet were so bad. It would help for a week or two and I had to keep going back. Finally, covid fixed my feet.
I took a step and wrote the dr’s number on a post-it. But that’s as far as that got. Maybe tomorrow I’ll take another step.

I like the yellow! I’ve been wearing more of this color because it feels like sunshine and I’m all about that right now with spring just arriving.
Your living room looks great! I love the way a clean, tidy space makes me feel. And the twinkle lights! So pretty. 🙂
